These terms and conditions govern the use of gift vouchers issued by Definition Detailing, hereinafter referred to as "the Company."
Validity Period
The gift vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. After this period, vouchers will expire, and their value will be void.
Redemption
Gift vouchers can be redeemed either in person or over the phone by contacting our customer service at 07415 126 580.
Vouchers can be used for a wide range of services offered by the Company unless otherwise specified on the voucher. If the voucher indicates a specific service, it can only be redeemed for that particular service.
Value and Denomination
The monetary value or denomination of each gift voucher will be clearly printed on the voucher. Vouchers may have varying values based on the purchaser's selection.
Refunds and Exchanges
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
Vouchers can be used for any services unless the voucher specifies a particular service. In cases where a service is specified, the voucher is exclusively redeemable for that service.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers
In the event of a lost or stolen voucher, it is the responsibility of the voucher holder to report the loss promptly to our customer service at enquiries@definition-detailing.co.uk or 07415 126 580.
Lost or stolen vouchers can be replaced if the voucher details can be identified and voided in our system.
Combining Vouchers
Multiple gift vouchers can be combined for a single purchase, providing flexibility for the voucher holder.
Promotions and Discounts
Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Company.
Transferability
Gift vouchers are transferable only if they are explicitly purchased as a gift. The purchaser must provide the recipient's full name at the time of purchase.
Applicability
Gift vouchers can be used for any services unless otherwise specified on the voucher. Any restrictions on services will be clearly communicated on the voucher itself.
Modification and Fraudulent Attempts
Any attempt to modify, alter, or defraud the voucher in any way may result in the Company voiding the entire voucher. The Company reserves the right to take appropriate legal action in such cases.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from the use of our gift vouchers shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
