The wheels of a car have a very hard life. As the wheels surround the brake discs they are prone to heavy contamination of metal fallout in the finish. Metal fallout is material thrown into the atmosphere from the friction of your brake pads on the disc. Fallout is usually made up of small, sharp metal fragments which stick into the paint of your car and in particular the wheels.
By applying a ceramic coating to your car wheels, you place a hard barrier between any contamination and the finish of your wheels. A ceramic coating also makes the wheels far easier to clean which is great for hard to reach areas.
Our coatings last for 4 years and are chemical resistant. The coatings can be applied to just the wheel face or to the entire wheel. A clean wheel drum really finishes off the look of a car, a ceramic coating keeps the wheels in a fantastic condition for a long period of time.

Chemical fallout removal treatment
Chemical tar removal treatment
Clay bar treatment to remove any remaining contamination
Machine polish of wheel finish (depending on finish type)
Wheels treated with an IPA solution to remove any polish residue. This is to ensure maximum bond between the paint and the coating
Final inspection of wheel finish
Coating applied to each part of the wheel
Coating buffed off after cure period
Each wheel inspected and any imperfections corrected
Coating sprayed with a top coat to ensure maximum gloss and protection
